Position Overview:
We are seeking Campaign Managers or Project Managers with a strong background and experience in creative marketing and agency work. If you have a passion for client engagement, stakeholder management, production, and project scoping, this is an opportunity to sharpen your skills, join an exclusive database, and work with leading brands on impactful projects.
About the Program: This initiative includes a comprehensive training program designed to identify and equip the best campaign managers. Our goal is to create a roster of top talent to lead campaigns and brand projects, setting new standards in client and stakeholder management, creative procurement, and overall project quality.

- Training and Selection – Selected candidates will participate in a 1-week training session , which includes the following:
- One-hour Presentation on Key Skills
- Client Management and Etiquette
- Stakeholder Management and Etiquette
- Creative Procurement and Quality Control
- Project Scoping and Planning
- Quality Assurance Across the Board
- Time Management and Organization
Mentorship and Shadowing – Selected candidates will have the opportunity to shadow and receive guidance from Merle, our seasoned Head of Projects with over 25 years of experience at leading Agencies such as Ogilvy, through scheduled calls and informal training sessions.
Join Our Project Manager Community: To be eligible for ongoing project placements and to be a part of our manager community, candidates must agree to the following compensation:
- Monthly Fee: NGN 821,395 per month (for 3 days of work per week). - Nigeria
- Monthly Fee: 8,080 cedis per month (for 3 days of work per week). - Ghana
Payment is only upon project placement with brands for part time work of 3 days a week.
