  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, live chat, email, and SMS

  • Resolve subscription issues, cancellations, and returns, offering tailored solutions
  • Follow up post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Track interactions and meet KPIs using CRM systems and team collaboration

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer support experience with a focus on service excellence
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues
  • Experience in phone support or live chat, with CRM and e-commerce tool knowledge
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
